Deze fusie is geen strategische heroriëntatie maar een uitbreiding van onze activiteiten. De bestaande samenwerkingsverbanden blijven voor Tragpi even kostbaar en belangrijk.
Why merging?
There was a growing demand from our clients to combine the specifics of the health care processes with financial information and vice versa. Clients want this integrated in just one system, so that there is no two versions of the truth within an organization. TRAG and Pi® were both looking for the best partner in this area. Pi® was of the opinion that TRAG was the best financial candidate, TRAG found Pi® the best content candidate. A merger was the most logical next step and the best way to show the market that we both believe in the strength of this merger.
